"The principles and procedures regarding the protection of personal data are regulated by law." It is regulated as follows, and in line with this provision, every natural and legal person who is accepted as a data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 of the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2016, accepted by the legislator, is required to show maximum sensitivity in ensuring the security of personal data in accordance with the law. In this context, our company has established a policy regarding the processing of personal data protected by law, the purpose of processing, the transfer, deletion, preservation, anonymization, etc. of personal data of both its real person customers, real persons with whom it has commercial cooperation, and its employees, and in this regard, we would like to inform you, our valued stakeholders, about this matter. 4.Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below in this Information Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;

• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• They have the right to demand compensation for the damage if they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
In accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the PDP Law, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing, in accordance with the PDP Law. In this context, the channels and procedures through which you can submit your application in writing to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the PDP Law are explained below.
