Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and the relevant legislation, Demir Grup Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), which has the title of data controller, located at the address “Büyükdere Cad. I. PURPOSE:

II. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Our Company finalizes your requests free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged. Our Company may accept and process the request or reject the request in writing by explaining its reasoning. In the event that the application is due to the fault of our Company, the fee charged shall be refunded to the person concerned.

III. CONTENT OF THE APPLICATION

The information provided by you must be accurate and up-to-date, and our Company does not accept any responsibility for any claims that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete information in the content of this form or unauthorized application. Our Company reserves the right to request additional information and documents (e.g. copy of identity card or driver’s license etc.) from you for identification purposes to ensure data security.

IV. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
